Remove Your Kidswah Data
You can ask Kidswah to delete information linked to an uploaded image, quiz session, result, or message you sent to support.
Send a data removal request
- Email support@kidswah.com with the subject “Kidswah Data Removal Request.”
- Include the relevant page URL, approximate date and time, and any session, result, or request identifier you have.
- Describe the information you want deleted. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
How we verify your request
We may ask for more details to confirm the request and locate the information. We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
When some records must remain
The information may already have expired or been deleted. We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or confirmation that we completed your request.
Data held by other services
A Kidswah deletion request does not remove information that an advertising, analytics, browser, or social media provider collected independently. Contact that provider to use its privacy controls.
